The Dash team introduced a new release of the platform for launching DAPPS in the Ovonet Outlet
Dash Core Group (DCG) developers announced the release of a new version of the technological stack for launching decentralized applications in the Evonet test network – Dash Platform V0.16.
This is the fifth release of the platform since the launch. The DCG team usually produces updates every six weeks, gradually transferring Dash Platform functionality to Evonet.
DCG said they entered the final stage of the implementation of this plan and to reduce operating costs will combine two releases in the next update at once. Their release is planned at the end/mid December.
Among the most important changes included in the presented release, the developers called:
- refinement of the Dash Platform protocol to increase data storage efficiency;
- simplifying the determination of binary properties in the data contract;
- updating the structure and rules of coordination of identifiers;
- corrections that eliminated the source of non -meterminism in the processing of blocks.
The team presented the previous release of the platform in September.
Earlier, DCG said that dash should not be perceived as a cryptocurrency focused on confidentiality, and its best definition is a payment tool.
